These terms cover your use of athar.pk and of the ways it lets you get in touch, such as the contact form and call booking. By using the site you agree to them.
1. Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break into it, disrupt it, overload it, or use it to send spam or harmful code.
2. Information on the site
The site describes my work and experience in general terms. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and nothing on it is an offer to provide services on particular terms.
3. Booking a call and contacting me
- Calls are booked through Calendly, and its own terms apply to the booking itself.
- Please give accurate details when you book or write to me, so I can prepare and reply.
- Booking a call or sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship. Any project starts only once we agree on it in writing.
4. Project work
If we work together, the scope, fees, payment terms, timelines and ownership of the work are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
5. Intellectual property
The text, design, photos and code of this site belong to Muhammad Athar Rasool unless stated otherwise. Company names and logos shown on the site, including those of Falcon Marketing, DS Technologies and the organisations listed under affiliations, belong to their owners. Please do not copy or republish content from the site without permission; short quotes with a link back are fine.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to LinkedIn, Calendly and other websites I do not control. I am not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
7. No warranty
The site is provided “as is”. I aim to keep it accurate and available, but I do not promise that it will be error free or always online.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with its “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
